Shipping & Returns
For orders under CHF 65, we charge a shipping fee. This fee covers the costs we incur to deliver your items safely and efficiently. Nevertheless, we have great news! If your order value is CHF 65 or more, we offer free shipping throughout Switzerland. For orders over CHF 45, you pay less shipping.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days and we will replace it at no additional cost or refund you the amount in the form of a voucher.

Although we strive to minimize the use of plastic in our packaging, in some cases it may be necessary to package certain products in plastic to protect them from damage or spoilage.
We are aware of the environmental impact of plastic and have therefore launched an initiative to offset this impact. For every product shipped in plastic packaging, we donate 5% of the item price to a reputable environmental organization. These organizations are committed to tackling environmental problems, including reducing plastic waste and promoting recycling initiatives.
We are confident that this measure, although not ideal, helps us to live up to our responsibility to the planet, whilst ensuring our products reach you safely and in the best condition. We hope you appreciate our efforts and support us in making a positive impact on our environment.
To further reduce the use of plastic, we use alternative packaging materials such as cardboard, paper and bioplastics. In addition, our packaging is designed in a minimalist way to conserve resources and avoid unnecessary waste.
