Delivery time

Delivery within Switzerland usually takes place within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. For Germany and Austria, the standard delivery time is 4-5 business days. Please note that in rare cases, delivery bottlenecks may occur, particularly during peak periods such as holidays or special sales campaigns. Shipping costs

For orders under 65 CHF, we charge a shipping fee of 10 CHF for Switzerland. This fee covers the costs of delivering your items safely and efficiently. For orders over 45 CHF, we offer reduced shipping costs for Switzerland. If your order value is 65 Swiss francs or more, we offer free shipping for Switzerland. Furthermore, we are continuously working to further optimize shipping costs to offer you even more attractive conditions in the future. For larger orders or special requirements, please contact our customer service to discuss customized shipping options.

Delivery status

To check the current delivery status of your order, visit our website and find the package tracking page at the top. Enter your email address and order number to receive the latest information about your order. If you have any difficulties checking the status of your order or have any further questions, please contact our customer service. They will be happy to help. We will also automatically send you a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our warehouse. Incorrect delivery

If we send you the wrong product or variant, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will address your concerns promptly and work with you to determine exactly what went wrong. We will, of course, send you the correct variant and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrectly delivered item. Our top priority is ensuring you receive exactly the product you ordered. To expedite the process, please have your order number and a description of the problem ready when contacting our customer service.

Product complaints

If you receive a damaged or defective order from us, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and carefully examine the product. If we determine that there is anything wrong with the product, we will immediately remove it from our range and refund you and all affected customers in the form of a voucher. In such cases, we will either send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price in the form of a voucher. Your feedback is very important to us, as it helps us continuously improve our product quality.

Return request

Before returning an incorrectly delivered or broken product, please contact our customer service. You can find the return form in your customer account within the order overview. Our customer service will then review the issue with you and provide you with further return instructions. To ensure a smooth return process, we ask that you package the return carefully and ensure that all parts of the product are included.

Return period

If you are dissatisfied with your order due to inadequate product quality or defects, you can return it to us within 14 days. We will replace the product at no additional cost or refund you in the form of a voucher. Please note that the return period begins on the day you receive your order. If you require a longer return period, please contact our customer service to make individual arrangements. We always strive to find flexible solutions that meet your needs.

Money refund

We typically process returns on the day they arrive. However, in some cases, this can be done the next day. For warranty claims, we will refund the amount in the form of a voucher immediately after processing, so you will usually receive your voucher 1-2 days after we receive your return. You will also be informed of this process via email. If you return an item due to inadequate product quality, you will receive a voucher from us after we receive your return. Our goal is to make the refund process as transparent and efficient as possible. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you immediately.
