Which services and offerings does this privacy policy apply to? The way we at Auduro.ch process your data is similar for most of our offerings. This privacy policy therefore applies to all services and offerings we offer to our customers in Europe. This applies regardless of whether we do so via a website, an app, in stores, by phone at events, or via social networks or other channels. To increase clarity, we use the term "services" for this "normal case" collectively.

Auduro.ch maintains social media profiles on the social networks Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We regularly publish and share content, offers, and product recommendations on our social media profiles. With every interaction on our channels or other Facebook or Instagram websites, the operators of the social networks record your usage behavior using cookies and similar technologies. Social media profile operators can view general statistics on the interests and demographic characteristics (such as age, gender, region) of the social media audience. When you use social networks, the type, scope, and purposes of the processing of data on social networks are primarily determined by the operators of the social networks.
6. Newsletter
We offer you various newsletter services, which include:
- Inspiring content, e.g., current information about brands, trends, offers, categories.
- Reminders, such as when the price of an item on your wishlist is reduced if you left items in your shopping cart.
- Surveys designed to find out, for example, whether you liked the items you purchased.

7. Individual product recommendations via email and push service

We use the data provided when ordering Auduro.ch vouchers to verify and process the order, as well as to send and redeem the voucher. This also includes logging and processing data related to voucher use, particularly to prevent fraud.
9. How does Auduro.ch use my data for advertising?
We and our advertising partners use your data to deliver personalized advertising to you on the Auduro.ch services and on the websites and apps of other providers. 10. To whom will my data be passed on?

12. When will my data be deleted?
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, in particular to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. We may also retain your personal data for other purposes if and as long as the law permits us to retain it for specific purposes, including for the defense of legal claims.
13. How does Auduro.ch protect my data?
Your personal data is transmitted securely using encryption. This applies to your order and your customer login. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system.
