The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in EU countries are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the goods are returned in their original packaging and unopened. In the above-mentioned cases, we will only issue a voucher. A refund of the purchase price is excluded. Auduro stands for transparency and trust, and therefore we also grant consumers in Switzerland this 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Delivery
We only offer the standard delivery option. Delivery times typically take 2-3 business days in Switzerland and 3-4 business days in Germany and Austria. Delivery bottlenecks may occur before holidays or other festive seasons, meaning delivery may be delayed by up to 21 days. Delivery is only available to Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.

8. Retention of title
